1. General Conditions
1.1 We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your item(s), you can return them under the conditions outlined in this policy.
1.2 This return policy applies to all products purchased from Pawmade by Nex via our website pawmadebynex.com or via Instagram: ‘pawmade.by.Nex’.
2. Return Period
2.1 You have the right to return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
2.2 To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1 Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
• Gift cards.
4. Return Process
4.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at pawmadebynex@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
4.2 Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
4.3 Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
5. Refunds
5.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
5.3 Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at pawmadebynex@gmail.com with your order number and details.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
7.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
7.2 Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
