Terms and conditions

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered by Pawmade by Nex, located at Noardburgum, The Netherlands.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Deviations from these terms are only binding if confirmed in writing by Pawmade by Nex.

2. Products
2.1 Pawmade by Nex offers handmade leather dog collars, leashes, and rope dog toys.
2.2 Since all products are handmade, minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These are inherent to the craft process and do not constitute grounds for complaint or return.

3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Orders can be placed via Social media or pawmadebynex.com
3.2 Payment must be made via creditcard, IDEAL or bankstatement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
3.4 If a payment is reversed or unsuccessful, Pawmade by Nex reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery Time
4.1 The standard delivery time is 14 business days from the date of payment, unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.
4.2 Delivery will be made via PostNL unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Pawmade by Nex is not responsible for delays that occur after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
5.2 Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on the part of Pawmade by Nex.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
5.4 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Pawmade by Nex will refund the purchase price within 14 days.

6. Warranty
6.1 Pawmade by Nex offers a 3 month warranty on manufacturing defects in the products.
6.2 This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, or accidents.
6.3 If a defective product is reported within the warranty period, Pawmade by Nex will, at its discretion, repair, replace the product, or refund the purchase price.

7. Liability
7.1 Pawmade by Nex is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or business damages resulting from the use of its products.
7.2 The liability of Pawmade by Nex is in all cases limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Pawmade by Nex respects the privacy of all customers and ensures that personal data is treated confidentially.
8.2 Data will only be used for processing orders and, if permission has been granted, for marketing purposes such as sending newsletters.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes
9.1 All agreements are subject to Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Pawmade by Nex is located.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
10.1 Pawmade by Nex reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The most recent version will always be available on pawmadebynex.com
10.2 Changes take effect once they are published and apply to all new orders placed after the publication.
