Warranty policy

1.1 At pawmade by Nex, we stand by the quality of our handmade products and offer a 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
1.2 This warranty applies to all leather, handmade products purchased directly from Pawmade by Nex and is valid from the date of purchase.

2. What is Covered
2.1 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
2.2 Examples of covered issues include:
• Broken stitching or seams.
• Faulty hardware (e.g., buckles, rings).
• Defective leather or rope materials.

3. What is Not Covered
3.1 The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper use, including but not limited to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
• Accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or damage caused through biting.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

4. Warranty Claim Process
4.1 If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at pawmadebynex@gmail.com within the warranty period.
4.2 Include your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue.
4.3 After reviewing your claim, we will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty and provide further instructions.

5. Remedies
5.1 If a defect is covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion:
• Repair the defective product.
• Replace the product with the same or a similar item.
• Issue a refund for the purchase price.

6. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
6.1 If the warranty claim is approved, Pawmade by Nex will cover the cost of return shipping for the repair or replacement.
6.2 If the claim is not covered under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

7. Limitations of Liability
7.1 The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
7.2 Pawmade by Nex is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, except as required by law.
